This course concerns the protection of the fundamental rights on a national and international level. Protection at the national level means the protection according to the Greek Constitution, and it concerns the general theory of protection of fundamental rights and the protection of particular rights protected by the Greek Constitution. Protection at the international level means the protection on a universal level (United Nations) and also regional, where special emphasis is given on the European Convention on Human Rights and the Additional Protocols, which constitute, in any case, internal Law, since they have been signed and ratified by the Greek State.
